Hi! I’m Dharmesh.

In my journey through product and startups, I’ve discovered my passion not just in creating impactful products but in guiding others to grow their careers, build high-performance teams and create their own impact. This path, from leading product teams, founding 2 startups with a successful exit to leading a venture studio to an IPO, has been filled with both exhilarating highs and challenging lows.

I’ve navigated burnout, battled imposter syndrome, and overcome career stalls by addressing the deep-seated psychological hurdles that once held me back. These experiences have enriched my approach to coaching, where I now strive to be the best guide I can be, helping others excel while continually learning how to be a better coach, build amazing products, and create a positive impact.

Growth and fulfilment

From a difficult start in London, technology and product became my ladder to a better life, sparking my drive for social mobility and positive impact. Now, with time spent between London and Italy, I juggle fatherhood whilst following my passions for climbing, tennis, and long-distance swimming.

Commitment to self-growth guides me, through meditation, yoga, and therapeutic practices like internal family systems. These pursuits not only ground me but also highlight the importance of resilience and the pursuit of continuous self-improvement for myself and others.
